Can I return or exchange an item?
Your satisfaction is important to us!
If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased on our website, we offer free exchanges on eligible items or items damaged in transit.
Exchanges are limited to once per product, subject to our T&Cs.

How can I request for order cancellation?
Kindly write to us to request for an order cancellation and we’ll take care of it! We are only able to process cancellations provided that the order has not been shipped and is within 24 hours of order placement. Any requests for cancellation submitted thereafter will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
